Bitcoin Edge Insights is operated by Bitcoin Edge Insights LLC, a Virginia limited liability company formed October 24, 2026. The service domain is bitcoinedgeinsights.com. It currently provides informational Bitcoin market analytics, including public prices, historical charts, technical indicators, locally checked price alerts and illustrative cost comparisons. Public analytics are available free of charge without signup. The website is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. These terms describe permitted use; no separate click-to-accept process or age verification is currently implemented.
2. Informational use only
Content is informational and educational, not personalized financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset. Technical indicators describe historical data and do not guarantee market outcomes. Cryptocurrency is volatile and an investment may lose its entire value. Read the Financial Risk Disclaimer.
3. No transactions, custody or paid services
The service does not execute Bitcoin transactions or trades, hold customer funds, provide wallet custody or request private keys. Paid subscriptions, payments and wallet capabilities are not currently available. Future services would require separate approval and appropriate terms.
Trade Cost figures use illustrative placeholder information, not live exchange prices, executable quotes or guaranteed fees. Local alerts are not background monitoring, email alerts or push delivery.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Public analytics require no account. Account creation is invitation-only; protected owner controls require both authentication and server-verified owner authorization. Keep credentials confidential. AI functionality is owner-only, disabled and not publicly available.
Do not scrape or automatically extract service content without authorization, redistribute licensed market data without the necessary permission, bypass security or access controls, impersonate another person, interfere with service operation, or use the service unlawfully. Public display does not grant redistribution rights or permission to access protected owner controls.
These restrictions do not override rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict. Account suspension or termination procedures have not been finalized; these terms do not establish a specific notice period or appeal procedure.
5. Market data and third parties
Market data is provided by CoinGecko with attribution. Data may be delayed, sampled, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable and may differ from a specific exchange. Historical performance and indicators do not predict future results.
Market data is used under CoinGecko’s paid API subscription and applicable licensing terms, with required attribution displayed. No ownership of CoinGecko data or redistribution license is granted by these terms; you may not redistribute licensed market data without the necessary permission.

6. Warranties and liability
The service cannot assure accurate, timely or uninterrupted market information. Do not rely on it as your sole source for time-sensitive financial decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee returns, trading outcomes or protection against loss.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bitcoin Edge Insights LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits or investment losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or its data. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limit non-waivable consumer rights, or excuse fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited. No monetary liability cap is imposed by these terms.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms impose no arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or exclusive venue. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Changes and contact
